Absences
Guardians are expected to report their student’s absence using the forms below.
Report An Absence Form: Click Here
The "Report An Absence" form MUST be completed and submitted before submitting documentation. If the "Report An Absence" form is NOT submitted, your student's absence will be considered unexcused.

If you are picking your student up early or dropping off late: a QR code will be located at the front desks to check students in and out. Please remember to bring your phone to access the QR code. The guardian checking the student in or out will be required to come to the front office to check in/out your student using the QR code. If picking up a student, an ID will be required.
Extended Absence Approval Form: Click Here
Please use the extended absence form for any planned absence that will be 3+ days. The extended absence form must be completed and signed by a school administrator prior to the first day of the absence.
