Volunteer Agreements

Thank you for offering to serve as a Volunteer for Stargate School! Before you can get started, all volunteers are required to complete/submit the form embedded on this page. It includes:

• a pair of signed, Confidentiality Agreements

• a Volunteer Waiver & Release Agreement

• a Training Quiz (must score 80 to pass) - repeat as needed
