Additional Admissions Information

Students applying to 1st grade may have taken standardized assessments in reading and/or math in their kindergarten year.  These results should be uploaded to their application. 

• iReady
• NWEA/MAP
• Renaissance Star

If you want Stargate to give your child the cognitive assessment:

• We will schedule both tests on the same day
• Your child will take the cognitive assessment and the academic screener together

If your child already took a cognitive assessment somewhere else:

• Your child will only need to take the academic screener at Stargate
• We will schedule just this one test

As part of the Body of Evidence (BOE), applicants are asked to submit Standardized Assessment Scores.

These may include:

• CMAS

• NWEA/MAP

• iReady

• PSAT/SAT

• ACT

• ITBS

• ATI-Galileo

• Renaissance STAR

Important: Report cards are not considered standardized assessments and cannot be used as part of a BOE.

Applications must be turned in by the deadline to be included in the lottery.

Any applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

All applications submitted by the deadline will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee.
