Information Nights and Tours
Admissions Information Night
There will be a short presentation about the admissions process, submitted questions will be answered, and if time allows, an opportunity to ask additional questions.
Please be aware that only Admissions staff will be available to answer questions and a tour will NOT be provided.
***It is recommended that children NOT attend as this information session is for parents only.***
In order to attend the information night, you must complete the form below to register, and to submit any questions about the admissions process that you would like answered.

Prospective Family Information Nights
There will be a short presentation, a brief tour, and an opportunity to ask questions. You will also be able to meet members of the administration team and grade level teachers. Both prospective parents and students may attend these events.
To attend a Prospective Family Night please register below.
Elementary (grades K-5) at 6:15pm K-5 Building (East side of Stargate Campus)

Middle School (grades 6-8) at 5:00pm Secondary Building (West side of Stargate campus)

High School (grades 9-12) at 5:30pm Secondary Building (West side of Stargate campus)
- Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025
- Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025

Prospective Family Tours
If you are unable to attend one of our Prospective Family Nights, we’re happy to offer additional Prospective Family Tours from September through December for parents and guardians only.
To help minimize distractions during the school day, children are not allowed to attend these tours. Since space is limited, please only sign up if you were not able to attend a Prospective Family Night.
A few important details:
- Each adult must register individually using the link below, even if you’re attending with a spouse or another family member; they must complete a separate registration.
- A photo ID is required at check-in for our school security system.
- Tours are for adults only. No children may attend.
- Tours are only available through Prospective Family Nights or the scheduled Prospective Family Tours; no additional tours will be provided.
