Stargate is now accepting applications for the 2023-24 school year. Apply October 3, 2022 through 4pm on December 16, 2022.

Testing: Thank you for your interest in Stargate. We have reached our in house testing capacity. If you still need a cognitive assessment, you will need to schedule with an outside provider.

Admissions Timeline 2023-2024 School Year

  • Admissions Window Opens for New and Waitlisted Applicants: Monday, October 3, 2022

  • Prospective Parent Meetings: October 20, 2022 - December 12, 2022, see schedule on this page

  • Application Deadline /Admissions Window Closes: Friday, December 16, 2022 at 4:00 pm

  • Qualified-Not Qualified Email Sent to Families: by 4:00pm Tuesday, January 17, 2023

    • Not Qualified Appeals Due in Writing: by Noon on Thursday, January 19, 2023

    • Not Qualified Appeals Answers Emailed: by 4pm on Monday, January 23, 2023

  • Lottery Pull: Monday, January 30, 2023

  • Notification of Seat Offers and Waitlist Emailed: by 4:00pm Wednesday, February 1, 2023

  • Seat Offer Acceptance Due: by 4pm on Friday, February 3, 2023

Prospective Parent Meetings:

All meetings are scheduled in person and there is no need to register. There will be a brief tour at the end of each meeting. Stargate will not be offering building tours at any other times.

Elementary (grades K-5) @ 6:00 pm K-5 Building (East side of Stargate Campus)

  • October 20 / November 17 / December 8

Middle School (grades 6-8) @ 6:00 pm Secondary Building (West side of Stargate campus)

  • November 16 / December 12

High School (grades 9-12) @ 6:00 pm Secondary Building (West side of Stargate campus)

  • November 30 / December 12
