Admissions Window Opens for New and Waitlisted Applicants: Monday, October 2, 2023 at 8:00am
Prospective Parent Information Nights: see below for dates/times
Application Deadline /Admissions Window Closes: Friday, January 5, 2024 11:59pm
Qualified-Not Qualified Email Sent to Families: by 4:00pm Wednesday, January 31, 2024
- Not Qualified Appeals Due in Writing: by 11:59pm on Wednesday, February 7, 2024
- Not Qualified Appeals Answers Emailed: by 4pm on Friday, February 9, 2024
Lottery Pull: Monday, February 12, 2024
Notification of Seat Offers and Waitlist Emailed: by 4:00pm Tuesday, February 13, 2024

Prospective Parent Information Nights:

All information nights are scheduled in person and there is no need to register. There will be a short presentation, a brief tour, and an opportunity to ask questions.

Stargate will not be offering building tours at any other times.
