How to apply for 9th-11th grade
Step 1: Create a SchoolMint account
All applicants are required to create a SchoolMint account to submit their applications. CLICK HERE to start the application process. If you have more than one student that is applying, you only need to create one SchoolMint account and simply add the other students. If you already have a SchoolMint account, simply log into your account and add a new student.
Step 2: Fill out application form (all applicants)
Fill out the online SchoolMint application form, parent nomination form, and self-nomination form.
Step 3: Submit the body of evidence (upload required documents to application)
-If your student has an ALP (Advanced Learning Plan):
What is an ALP? The Advanced Learning Plan (ALP) is an individualized plan for identified gifted students. The ALP is a record of programming options and academic or talent goals that support the Student’s strength area(s) and affective or behavioral needs. Through collaboration of the students, parents and school personnel, the ALP guides educational planning.
-If you student does not have an ALP (Advanced Learning Plan), you will be required to submit the following as part of your SchoolMint application:
After submitting all the online forms, uploading required documents, and the teacher nomination form is received in our office, you will have completed your application. You will be notified by email when your application is complete.
