How do I create a SchoolMint account?

CLICK HERE for information about creating a SchoolMint Account and the application process.

Can I drop off my forms?

No. All forms need to be completed or uploaded to your SchoolMint account. Please contact admissions@stargateschool.org or call (303)450-3936 for assistance.

When can my child get re-tested?

You have to wait 12 months before getting your child re-tested.

Do I need to use the testers listed on your website?

No. You may choose any licensed psychologist. The psychologists on our website are for your convenience.

If my child qualifies and is placed on the waitlist, do we have to reapply for the next school year?

Yes!  Waitlisted applicants will need to re-apply through their SchoolMint account. Waitlisted applicants have already been qualified and do not need to resubmit the IQ test. Please click here for the SchoolMint login page.

Does a waitlisted applicant have priority over new applicants?

No. The lottery is new every year. Wait list applicants and new applicants are placed in the same lottery.

If one sibling gets offered a seat at the lottery, does the other sibling automatically get offered a seat?

No. The sibling must accept the seat offer first and then the sibling will be given sibling priority and moved on the waitlist.

Are the prospective parent meetings and tours mandatory?

No. They are for your information only.

Can kids come to the prospective parent meeting or tours?

The Elementary meetings are geared for adults and can get boring for young children, so we suggest they do not come. If you need to bring your child, you might want to bring something to entertain him/her. The K-5 tours are for adults only..no children allowed!
Middle and High School students are encouraged to attend the Secondary tours and prospective parent nights.

Are there opportunities for my child to shadow?

Stargate does not have shadow days.  If your student is offered a seat, they may schedule a one on one tour.  Please email admissions@stargateschool.org.

Are scholarships available for IQ testing?
Scholarships for IQ tests are available for qualified students. Please contact admissions@stargateschool.org for more information.
