The class in looking foward to the Firefighters coming Thurs. 16th, but even more to our Field Trip to the farm on the 21st.  We've also talked a bit about our Halloween Party on Friday Oct. 31st.  The Friends can come to school in costume, we just ask that if there's a prop like a sword, axe or anything like that it stay home.  We will have a school parade that day, and parents are invited.  If you signed up to help for our classroom  party you should've been notified by now.  If you have any questions please email or call me. 

In Theme we have traced our bodies and are in the process of adding bones, muscels, and organs.  We are learning names for some bones, and how the body works together to stay healthy. 

In Geography we continue with learning the continents, and oceans.  The class has been introduced to cardinal directions, and soon we'll work on some map skills.
