Geometry
This week in Geometry the students are introduced to Inductive Reasoning. They begin the study of geometry with developing the skill of recognizing patterns in numbers and pictures.
College Prep Algebra
This week in CPA the students will work to understand diamond problems which will assist them in understanding further concepts in algebra used in factoring. Additionally the students will be learning about the difference of squares.
Integrated Algebra
This week in integrate algebra the students work to organize themselves with a new book and some kind of binder. We will review data sets and the central tendencies (mean, median, mode and range) from various data sets.
Pre Algebra II
The week in Pre Algebra II the students will review how to find sums of positive and negative integers. I will show a visual method for this integer addition. The students will also work with number sentences.
Pre Algebra I
The week in Pre Algebra I the students will review the concept of finding sums of positive and negative integers. I will show a visual method for this integer addition. The students will determine which number makes an equation true.
