• Spent lots of time on our Economics unit while other classes were on field trips to Celestial Seasonings.
• Reflected on our field trip
• Did consumer, producer, product, or service paper.
• Created a store front for our desks.
• Saw the video called “How to Start A Business”
• Listened to a read aloud on Jack and the Beanstalk—talked about barter and how each person must be satisfied with the exchange.  We also did an activity on bartering.
• Completed a map activity that had been on hold for quite a while.
• Worked on our store fronts—they will be graded on a rubric.
• Homework sent home on Monday, December 3.  This is on the cost of the product your child is making.  PLEASE help them to figure out what it costs to make their product.  Also help them decide on what to price their product.  DUE on Wednesday, December 5^th.
