Class Photos: If you have taken pictures of our class this school year or last we would love to have them. We are working on a special project for the end of the year. If you have them and can send them electronically that would be helpful. Please send them to Julia Henderson at trffczr@ecentral.com or to my school email address.
Justin Matott: On Tuesday, May 27th author Justin Matott will be with us again to talk with the kids about writing. Most of you remember him coming to speak last year. We are sending home a note and order form in today’s Monday folder if you would like to purchase a book. He will be available to sign them on Tuesday.
Projects: I sent home a sign-up sheet for project presentations on Friday. This schedule is also posted on my website. If your child hasn't signed up for a spot, I will be assigning them one.
Stargate Elections: Elections will take place on Tuesday, May 20th and run through Wednesday, May 28th. Please let your voice be heard and vote!
End of Year Party: The end of year party will be on Tuesday, June 3rd. We will be walking to Cottonwood Lakes Park for lunch and return to Stargate at 12:45. We will then have games outside and other activities planned up unti 2:45.
Field Day: Field day will be on Wednesday, June 4th from 8:15-1:00. We are in need of volunteers to sign up to help. If you are available to help please contact me. I will also post a schedule of events as soon as I get it.

In Theme This Week: We will be doing presentations in class the rest of the year. Your child's project is due on the day of their presentation. This includes their 3-D model, poster and paragraphs.
