Homeroom:

The end of the second trimester was Friday, February 29th.  You can lexpect second trimester report cards to be sent home the week of March 17th.
    We are once again low on snacks, hand sanitizer, and scotch tape..  Any donations would be greatly appreciated!
    A huge thank you to the families that donated Box Top labels.  Our class won the contest collecting 2432 box tops.  The second place class collected 1037 box tops.  Way to go!  We have earned ourselves a party!
    Our new specials rotation begins today.  Don’t forget that we have PE during the next six weeks, please make sure your child is dressed appropriately on PE days or brings a change of shoes!

What’s Happening in Theme?
This week we will begin our study of soil.  We will observe soil erosion and discuss the three layers of soil.  We will also continue to observe our beans as they begin to germinate.
Homework:   Seeds Worksheet, Due 3/7.  Please try to find an example of each type of seed.  I know with the current weather conditions this may be difficult!
