Stargate requires full-scale IQ scores from one of the following:
Wechsler Intelligence Scales for Children

WISC-IV, Applicants for Grades 2-8 (The WISC-III will no longer be accepted.)

WIPPSI-III for Kindergarten and 1st Grade Applicants (The WPPSI-R will no longer be accepted)
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT ACCEPT GAI Scores or the Stanford-Binet test. Be sure to request that the psychologist provide you information regarding all testing and pricing options.
You may qualify for financial assistance with the IQ test. You must complete and submit the Parent and Teacher Nomination forms, along with the Application for Free and Reduced lunch, to be considered for financial aid. We can only provide financial assistance to a limited number of applicants. The DEADLINE FOR FINANCIAL AID APPLICATIONS FOR TESTING IS JANUARY 5th, 2009.
